All Donna Sharp orders are shipped out within 24 hours of the order being placed (Monday-Friday, excluding National holidays).  This does not include the weekends or during busy times such as the holidays and shutdowns for inventory.  When free shipping is offered it only applies to shipping destinations within the continental United States.  The carrier and shipment method are determined by Donna Sharp, Inc.  Shipments do not require a signature at delivery unless specifically asked for.  All orders are shipped by UPS or by USPS (if going to a PO Box or shipping internationally).  International orders may be shipped by a different carrier.  Additional shipping and handling charges may apply.  Any Free Shipping promotions only apply to retail orders.

Shipping rates are as follows:
• UPS Standard Shipping - Ships anywhere within the continental US to a physical address.  The cost is based on the weight of the order and the shipping destination.
• USPS Shipping - Ships anywhere within the US to a PO Box.  Also used for shipments going to Alaska and Hawaii.  The cost is based on the weight of the order and the shipping destination.
• UPS 2nd Day - Ships anywhere within the continental US to a physical address.  Is delivered within two business days by the close of business on the second day.    The cost is based on the weight of the order and the shipping destination.
• USPS International - Ships anywhere in the world outside of the US.  General delivery takes around ten to 14 business days to receive.  We cannot answer any questions about duties or taxes for other countries.  The cost is based on the weight of the order and the shipping destination.  Additional shipping and handling charges may apply.
